So last night was Write-Publish-Read, a Leeds Digital Festival event. I’ll be honest with you, I didn’t really know what to expect, but it was rather good.

The event featured talks from a number of locally produced bloggers and online content writers, including the folks from Leeds Online, The Business Desk and the Culture Vulture. There was even an appearance from James Brown, the man responsible for the Sabotage Times.

Topics ranged from ‘the future of blogging’ to a case study charting the success of Facebook communities. All attention-worthy topics, and I doubt I was the only one who went home plotting a project of my own.
