Simply the best creative emails
If you’ve been following my blog, you know that I like a nice creative email. The thing is, there aren’t many of them about. For most brands, an email is there to do a job – sell. It has to get straight to the point, it has to show product and it has to give you reasons to buy. It direct mail, online.
But as always, some brands have the luxury of fame. The likes of Virgin, Cadbury’s and The Economist – or in the Fashion World, Urban Outfitters. They don’t have to follow the rules because their customers already know who they are, they’re already loyal. Here, it’s a simple case of reminding them that Cadbury’s exists and that Urban Outfitters is fashionable.
That’s why I love Urban Outfitters emails. They don’t follow the trends, they don’t use a set style and they’re different every time. From the fonts they use to the layout they choose, they’re quirky, cool and completely unique. Just take a look at the selection below, you’ll soon see what I mean.
